The only goal in the game, scored by Steven Gerrard, has pushed them through to the Champions League knock out. There is just one more game to be played to decide who finishes top of group D-do you think they can do it?

I just read that they are having issues getting sponsor's to back them since all is going a muck with the economy right now. The largest numbers they were needed seemed to shock me a great deal. Sometimes we do not really think of how much we need sponsor's until the time we really need them.

Man Utd is leading group E by goal difference, but look to have some pretty stiff competition. Its nice to see them doing better than they are in the Premier league, but do you think they have a chance?

Steven Gerrard scored his 100th goal for Liverpool and Robbie Keane his first for the club as the Merseysiders coasted to their second Champions League victory in two outings, a 3-1 victory over PSV Eindhoven, to take control of Group D. It's about time Keane did something to show he might possibly be worth the money paid for him.

DaMarcus Beasley to Miss the Champions League Qualifers

The American, DaMarcus Beasley (Rangers - Scottish Premier League) is suffering from a hamstring injury. He is expected to be out of action for three weeks and will miss the Champions League qualifiers. :(

Beasley also missed 6 weeks last season with knee ligament damage.
