Do most sports teams have doctors and dentists on call during the season they play? Trying to find a dentist since mine is out today and there is no one OC made me wonder about this while watching some old bloopers of sports in the past.

It depends on the level of the sport. Professional sports have their own physicians on staff, from chiropractors, general medicine, sports medicine, therapy, masseuse, etc. I'm sure it's the same way for college teams. High school and under do not have their own doctors. It is up to the athlete to secure medical treatment.
