| The New York Red Bulls played the Real Salt Lake in the brand new Rio Tinto Stadium at Salt Lake City. Although they would have liked to come away with a win, they did manage a draw which earned them their first point of the season.

| Its good that they are off the starting blocks now for the season. Lets hope that they keep it up too, that they manage to get some good results this year.

| That's not bad at all, considering they're playing off their home turf and at a brand new venue at that. Soccer really seems to be the up and coming sport in the US lately. I hope it doesn't become quite as commercialized as the MLB and the NFL, though.

| There's definitely a lot less in the way of sponsorship in football than in the American sports. Its the same in the Uk so maybe that is just a spill over.

Was this their very first game at the new stadium? Because if so, I bet they would have loved to have won that particular game. A draw is much better than a loss, though!

| The Red Bulls almost brought home the MLS cup but I guess this was the Columbus' Crew's year. After all was said and done though it was a great season and one the Bulls can be proud of.
