He had this to say about his move back to his home country with Paris Saint-Germain:
"Now I am doing well at my new club and I feel like I have been reborn in football terms," the former Monaco captain told Le Parisien.
"I could have stayed at Roma where I still had two years left on my contract but I didn't like it there.
"Now I feel like I am respected by my colleagues, like I was at Monaco and Barcelona, but I never felt that at Roma.
"I decided that I was going to leave the Giallorossi at the end of the season even if there wasn't a concrete offer."

That is great. It often makes a difference in performance when happy with the situation one is in. He may be a player to keep your eyes on in the future.

| More power to him. Everyone should do what makes them happy. It certainly adds to the joy of the game. Nothing is better than watching someone do what they truly enjoy doing.

| Ludovic Giuly is one of my favorite players. I must admit that there seemed to be something lacking in the spirit in which he played while he was at Roma. Hopefully, now that he is with Paris Saint-Germain that spark will return.
